Starting therapy can herald the beginning of a life-changing experience. As a therapist, I strive to provide non-judgmental, collaborative support and a safe healing environment to help my clients create lasting positive changes in their lives and their relationships.
If you take the step of contacting me for an appointment, I propose that we collaborate to identify your goals and priorities, such as:
- Achieving authentic happiness instead of depression and sadness
- Communicating better with loved ones and others and enjoying more satisfying, supportive, intimate relationships
- Living in calmness and serenity as opposed to panic, anxiety or guilt
- Dealing with rage, grief, worry, nervousness, jealousy or hopelessness and other emotions
- Managing or recovering from difficult or traumatic situations
- Improving your sex life and resolving sexual concerns
- Helping teens, young people and adolescents
- Coping with family challenges
- Maturing & growing as you move through life stages.
Together we could create a unique plan for you that might include:
- Helping achieve your goals
- Creating more loving, respectful, fulfilling relationships
- Improving your marriage
- Replacing old thoughts, communication styles & habits with new ones that better serve you now and match your dreams for the future
- Uncovering & healing old issues or traumas that might be blocking you today
- Developing a life that is happier and more meaningful, loving, and evolved
- Increasing the love, well-being & prosperity in your life.
- Overcoming sexual difficulties
- Spiritual growth.
I love my work as a therapist and couples counselor. My clients frequently express their appreciation and tell me how helpful the therapy has been. They use words like “awesome,” “hot,” and “wonderful.” Examples of their remarks include, “Thanks for getting me through a difficult period.” “Now we we’re getting along better and not fighting!” and “I’m feeling less depressed and anxious.” Despite some heavy topics, whenever possible we have fun in session! My clients often ask for my business cards to pass out to friends.
Please give me a call to discuss your situation and/or make an appointment. Thank you for your interest.
